We’ve run hotel revenue, not just talked about it
White Sky Hospitality was built around one belief: hotels don’t need more theory about distribution and revenue management. They need people who have actually done the job, made the calls, and carried the numbers, in the room with them.
From running the numbers to helping others run theirs
Founder Vineeth Purushothaman spent over 25 years leading commercial and distribution teams for major hotel groups, including Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Starwood and Le Meridien. At Wyndham, he was responsible for more than $100M in channel revenue across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
That experience showed something surprising: most hotels losing revenue weren’t short of talent or technology. They were held back by teams working in silos – sales, marketing, revenue and distribution all pulling in different directions with no one joining up the strategy. White Sky was started to fix that gap directly, not from a textbook, but from years of having lived it.

Trusted by the people who ran the brands
Twenty-five years of hotel commercial leadership leaves a record. Here is how the people who worked alongside Vineeth describe it.
I had the opportunity to work with Vineeth at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts during our time in distribution. Vineeth demonstrated a deep knowledge of distribution, revenue management and a natural ability to share his expertise in a pleasant and understandable manner.
I had the pleasure to work with Vineeth during my tenure leading the Commercial team at Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. Vineeth quickly became a trusted partner in building our team vision, strategy, and project execution. He brings that rare combination of strong Commercial acumen coupled with measured project planning, a collaborative spirit and genuine positivity.
Vineeth brings a great combination of industry knowledge, commercial acumen and process rigour to the distribution function, along with an ability to work with and gain support from all of those around him, both internally and externally.
Vineeth played an important role in several projects where our Institute had to develop training/education modules for international tourism schools in countries like China, Nepal, Bhutan and Uganda.
Built for a market that keeps moving
The way hotels get found and booked is changing fast. Booking sites, Google’s own search results, and now AI tools like ChatGPT are all reshaping how guests find a hotel and where the money ends up. Standing still isn’t an option.
That’s why White Sky doesn’t stop at advice. We audit what’s actually happening in a hotel’s commercial operation, build a practical plan to fix it, help put that plan into action, and train the team to keep it running. It’s also why we built BrandMatch, a new way for hotels to earn revenue through partnerships with wellness and lifestyle brands, rather than relying only on the same shrinking online channels everyone else is fighting over.
