Who we are
This website, whiteskyhospitality.com, is operated by White Sky Hospitality Limited, a hotel distribution and commercial strategy consultancy based in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect and why
Enquiries. When you use our contact or enquiry forms we collect your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. We use this only to reply to you and discuss how we might work together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to our weekly newsletter we collect your email address and use it to send you our analysis once a week. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Website analytics and cookies. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and how people arrive. We ask for consent through the cookie banner and you can change your choice at any time. Embedded YouTube videos may also set cookies when played.
BrandMatch. Requests for a BrandMatch invitation are made on gobrandmatch.com and are handled under that platform’s own privacy terms.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract:
- SiteGround – website hosting, including storage of enquiry form submissions.
- MailerLite – newsletter sign-ups and email delivery.
- Google – website analytics (Google Analytics).
- CookieYes – recording your cookie consent choices.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship, and review and delete them when no longer required. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in line with our Google Analytics settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
