Find where revenue is slipping away – and fix it in the right order

Before we recommend anything, we find out what’s actually happening. Working with your team, we build an honest, evidence-based picture of how your hotel is performing across every channel – and a practical plan to close the gaps.

The challenge

Most hotels know revenue is leaking. Few know exactly where.

Rates drift out of parity. The channel mix tilts towards the most expensive sources. Sales, marketing, revenue and distribution each optimise their own corner. And the way guests search and book – now including AI tools – moves faster than the strategy written for it.

Each issue looks small on its own. Together, they quietly erode net RevPAR and profit.

An audit replaces assumptions with evidence.

Nothing is assumed. Every finding is backed by what we find in your own numbers.

What we review

Six areas where revenue is won or lost

We look at the whole commercial picture, not one channel in isolation – because the biggest gaps usually sit between departments.

Distribution mix

Where your bookings come from, what each channel really costs, and whether the mix is helping or hurting profit.

Are we paying more than we need to for every booking?

Rate parity & pricing

FAQs

Questions we’re often asked

What do you need from us?
Access to the reports you already run – channel production, rates, costs and revenue – plus time with the people who sell, market, price and distribute your rooms. We agree the list with you at the start, so nothing is a surprise.
Is the audit only for hotel groups?
No. We work with independent hotels, groups, management companies and brands. The questions are the same; the scale changes.
What happens after the audit?
You keep the Findings Report and 90-Day Roadmap, and we pressure-test the plan together on a strategy call. Where it makes sense, we can stay on to help deliver it alongside your team.
How is this different from a revenue management review?
A revenue management review looks at pricing. A commercial audit looks at the whole picture – distribution, parity, teams, search visibility, technology and ancillary revenue – and how they work together.
